I didn't dream for years... Nothing.. Now I'm catching up on about 20 years of it and loving it.. I even sleep through nightmares as I'm enjoying the experience so much.. 😁

Terrible, thirsty, extra bathroom wake ups, my body repeatedly told me that I had made a mistake. Let alone any regrets I remembered that automatically stressed me out. I am not going back to torture.
