Day 2!
 

So i am up and ready to tackle day 2 head on. I had an awful night... barely any sleep, and horrendous anxiety. I feel dreadful!! But I knew this would happen, having been here before.

Every extra day gets you closer to perfect zzzzzzzzzzz at nighttime. I sleep so well now on the whole.

I've been there so many times as well. I really feel for you this morning.

You know it gets better - slowly but surely.

I know it will get better and I do look forward to a life without this constant feeling of despair, disappointment, anxiety etc.

One day at a time. I will do this.

Day 2 is way better than day 1! I'm on Day 1 again. we will get this figured out
