Reached the end of day 4 Almost the start of day 5 feeling a lot better panic attacks are subsiding still have right sided ache.Zero sweats or shakes sleeping ok hoping I’m through the worst.Need to make a doctors appt though for the pain where my heart is though the palpitations have stopped.Looking forward to a weekend alcohol free and Christmas minus any hangovers.Any good alcohol free drinks anyone can recommend not a fan of citrus juice or fizzy drinks. |

Congratulations on four days. That was always the killer for me. Like you say, feeling better anxiety gone and hey, I can drink again. I would recommend drinking a sports drink like Gatorade. Doesn't taste great but it's not fizzy and has electrolytes your body needs right now. Best to on day five. |

Well done on 4 sober days, Livlib. Sparkling water is my drink of choice with fresh lemon or lime slice sometimes. Keep on; the best of sobriety is yet to come. |

Well done Livlip , day 5 here so we are similar, I’m so sick of drinking water the last few days, I’ve gallons of it drank detoxing, not into the fizzy drinks either, on coconut water today, tastes nice and no fizz, can be a lot of sugar in some of them though so watch out for that |
