Hi everyone,I have been with SR since May of last year but haven't posted for a few weeks.I have been sobre from May of last year and gave up smoking 6weeks ago.So yes,I have given up two addications but the sense of loss and not having those two props in my life is so scary at times.I believe this feeling is common.Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello, I found it very frightening too. My numbing tools removed. Everything felt too raw, painful, loud and bright. I learnt to sit with these feelings and they passed. Gradually over time the severity of them has eased right down to a much more comfortable level.
