I've done that (too much coffee!) Heck in the first six months I cut back to one cup of half-caf per day. That still jangled me. I replaced it with protein drinks. They're really good for beating cravings.

Yaaaayyyy!! WTG on not drinking!! This stuff isn’t for sissy’s is it? ;-). So glad you don’t have to wake up tomorrow hungover, feeling like crap and disgusted with yourself. You’re getting stronger every time you defeat that da&* AV!!

Great job on not drinking--see you can do this! I ate good ice cream when really craving.
Get small containers and maybe some nice chocolate sauce.
It really helps and doesn't make you jittery and anxious like too much coffee
