I've done that (too much coffee!) Heck in the first six months I cut back to one cup of half-caf per day. That still jangled me. I replaced it with protein drinks. They're really good for beating cravings. Good job not drinking. Every time you defeat that thought process you get that much stronger. |

When I first quit, I drank like 16 sodas(diet!!LOL) one day and was wondering why I was feeling so anxious..Then realized how much caffeine I had that day. I'm glad you didn't drink. :c011: |

Great job on not drinking--see you can do this! I ate good ice cream when really craving. Get small containers and maybe some nice chocolate sauce. It really helps and doesn't make you jittery and anxious like too much coffee |
