I've done that (too much coffee!) Heck in the first six months I cut back to one cup of half-caf per day. That still jangled me. I replaced it with protein drinks. They're really good for beating cravings.

Good job not drinking. Every time you defeat that thought process you get that much stronger.

Yaaaayyyy!! WTG on not drinking!! This stuff isn’t for sissy’s is it? ;-). So glad you don’t have to wake up tomorrow hungover, feeling like crap and disgusted with yourself. You’re getting stronger every time you defeat that da&* AV!!

When I first quit, I drank like 16 sodas(diet!!LOL) one day and was wondering why I was feeling so anxious..Then realized how much caffeine I had that day. I'm glad you didn't drink. :c011:

Great job on not drinking--see you can do this! I ate good ice cream when really craving.
Get small containers and maybe some nice chocolate sauce.

It really helps and doesn't make you jittery and anxious like too much coffee
