Yep get back on the wagon. It always feels horrible falling off. I used to love to drink but I crossed a line where it stopped being enjoyable and instead became painful and demoralizing. Welcome back on the wagon!

Yes, you can and must try again. You had 3 weeks and you can get back to it.

Can you figure out what led to you drinking and make a plan so that it doesn't happen next time? And, you can always come here and post anytime you feel you need support.

21 out of 22 days is pretty good -- think of it that way. Or maybe you 21 wins and only a single loss. And you're going undefeated from here on out!

I think it is good though that when you did not drink you didn't like it.

Stay positive man!

I feel like that could happen to any of us at any time. It’s how you recover and get back on the wagon that’s so important. You can do it! Try not to beat yourself up about it. You said yourself that you didn’t even enjoy it so lesson learned. Put it behind you and move forward sober. We’re all behind you 🙏🏼

It doesn't have to just "happen." Not only that, it doesn't just happen. It takes premeditation, planning and action to drink.

Just like not drinking. Premeditation, planning and action.

Hi Habsicus

I agree with Anna its good to look at what happened so you can make plans for it not to happen again.

Are you using some kind of recovery plan at all?

D
