Very normal. It's a healing process and sometimes those memories/thoughts come to surface. It will be easier in time to deal with those thoughts head on. Just embrace those feelings and turn them into something positive. Lessons are always to be learned

Still at it, and I'm proud of that. I am steal dealing with mood swings and states of what I can only describe as "sadness" that wasn't here whilst drinking. I know it will get better with time. I have to learn how to be human again, it is a fight I am willing to do, pain comes with recovery. I can do this.
