Day 5/sick flu, cold, or withdrawals
 

I woke up feeling horrible and had to call into work today. This is the first time in a long time that i didnt call in because i was hung over.. i just feel dizzy, no appetite and feel like im coming down with something.. or maybe its just withdrawals. Either way i think i will just stay in bed and ride day 6 out. If it gets to bad ill go to the urgent care.

I'm in the United States in the Midwest and there is colds going around. I just came down with one last night. Flem in my chest, no appetite.

Dizziness can be the result of dehydration
and as we often remember what our physicians
told us from days gone by, drink lots of fluids.

Not alcohol but good healthy juice or broth
without all the salt cause too much salt can
also deplete you of fluids and make you dehydrated
defeating the purpose.
