It's only hard at first. After a few months sober it gets easier. Trust me. Get yourself thru those first few months. It will get better.

A good plan is about two things - finding the right kind and amount of support - and using that support; and making the changes you need to make in lifestyle to reflect your desire to be sober.

One you get that down I really think you'll find this a lot easier canuckleman
