For me, yes definitely foggy and somewhat light headed. Have you thought about visiting a doctor for a check in? In early recovery I had high blood pressure and was low on electrolytes like potassium, which can make you dizzy. I had no idea until they did a blood test and took my BP. They gave me some meds to help with both, which sped up my recovery. You may also be low on vitamin B and other vitamins. Dehydration can also make you dizzy - it took me about 4-5 days of lots of fluids to get myself out of my bad dehydration. Doctors see and treat alcoholics all the time, so if you go be totally honest about everything, that way they can help you the most.

I'm not a medical professional, but yes, fatigue, dizziness, or a foggy feeling is normal. Are you able to eat at least three times a day? Are you taking any sort of multivitamin and making sure you're drinking a lot of water and juice? If the dizziness keeps going or if it gets to the point where you can't stand up or drive, get to a doc ASAP.

The foggy head thing lasted quite a while for me. I solid six months are so, coming up on 10 months it's nearly gone but sometimes my emotions get a little out of whack. It makes me realize how much I was screwing my head up with the booze seeing how long it takes for it to recover.

If you're worried maybe seeing a Dr is a good idea, Toni?
