Hi there everyone,
Just a quick post to let you know I am still going well. 3 years sober in January! I feel wonderful. Have no cravings for alcohol and am much more confident and less anxious everyday. I am still so grateful to this site and all of you for support and wise words.
I never would have believed that I could get to a place where I very rarely think of alcohol any more. I occasionally ask myself if I am missing out on anything - like fun. Seriously no! It only takes a minute or two to compare now and then and there is no way I want to go back to the fear, guilt, hangovers and constant thinking about where and how to binge drink without getting caught.
Once again thank you to everyone and stay strong together we can do this. Kia Kaha, leb
