Day 2

Detoxing hard but in a good way. Went for a walk Day 1 and sweated some toxins out and been pretty much groggy and sleeping since. Another morning walk and hopefully I will find my way out of this sleepy stupor so I can be slightly productive, if not I guess my bodies just in need of some serious healing.

Congratulations on day two.
I was toxic when I quit drinking . I should have had a biohazard sign strapped to my back.
A nice hot bath may be good, just don't dehydrate. Sports drinks are good.
Best to you.

Greetings and well done. Congratulations on Day 2.

As far as detoxing goes, we tend to get rid of toxins in three ways:
1. Poop.
2. Pee.
3. Respiration.

As a long time gym rat, I know that the only thing you lose when you sweat is water and a little salt. That's not a bad thing and exercise is good in general for detox and repair. In fact, I just read an article that said resistance training (lifting weights, resistance bands, bodyweight workouts) is really good for liver repair which thrills me to death (well, not literally of course).

Drinking water is good. I take a supplement called "Synergy 7" which is supposed to naturally detox the liver (even when we don't drink, there are just tons of things in the environment we suck in every day that adds to our toxicity). I like herbal teas in the afternoon and evening as well.

Tonight will be my eighth night of not drinking, the longest I've gone in I don't know how long, so I'm still a newbie but so far my "evil plan" is working.
