Just back from the supermarket....25% off when you buy 6 or more bottles of wine/champagne! Encouraging bulk buying or what?! I guess only an issue for those of us with a problem....

1st thanksgiving sober i walked intot he local meat market to get some things for thanksgiving. i zoned in on the "wet wednesday" sales they had on alcohol with pretty much the same reaction. then ran into someone i knew was in recovery and mentioned it.
he said,"quite common to focus on everything alcohol early on, now go look at the deals at the meat counter. milks on sale,too."
if it wasnt for him, i wouldnt have noticed all the other deals goin on elsewhere. i got some awesome deals at the meat counter!
not good to go to a meat market on an empty stomach.
