8 days no alcohol..
 

On my eighth day with no alcohol.Been there before had DTs and a brutal withdrawal.Having said that nipped it in the bud before I got that far again.The memories of that nightmare opened my eyes so I said no way am I going there again..Feel great and hopefully plan on staying straight for good.
