Day 72!
 

Back to work, it's my Monday morning. Then i'm off wed. and Thursday for Thanksgiving. I'll take it! What is everyone doing/going for Thanksgiving? :)

By the way sobriety is great. Sometimes I still get a little depressed here and there ( who doesn't) but i'm managing well emotionally/physically . It's only been 72 days....so i'm still working on myself everyday to meet the end goal. There's good days, there's bad days...but I will continue on this journey and do what ever it takes to better myself moving forward.

Day 72 is great, Ashley, and so is being off Thursday and Friday! I'm glad you're managing the ups and downs and staying strong.

Thanksgiving in Canada was in October and we had a great family dinner then. I hope that you enjoy your long weekend and Thanksgiving holiday.
