Day 3
 

I on day 3 of no alcohol or smokes.. i dont have a urge to drink alcohol but have a craving to smoke a cigarette. I really want yo quit both but is that really wise?

some people quit both at once, others don't.

I quit both at once because I smoked mostly when I drank.
