Are you insane? Putting an innocent child in harm's way? Tell him she has a birthday party if she is young. If she is older she can be on a sleepover with friends. You will have to think about going for sole custody of your daughter. Why would you want this piece of slum around your daughter?

No I知 not insane and i would never put my daughter in harms way either. I called a lawyer and he told me i have no legal rights to keep my daughter from him and vice versa until i have filed. So I知 filing as fast as i can. It痴 not like I知 okay with this situation at all. He値l be at his mothers house with her.

I am so sorry you池e dealing with all of this. I too am dealing with a husband addicted to pills. We bought a home 4 months ago and he left me on Thanksgiving. It痴 so hard. Keep your eye on the prize- you living your best healthy happy life! You owe it to your daughter. You must stay strong for her. Hugs!
