Almost a Month.

Wednesday I will be one month sober. I,ve drank for over thirty years the last ten were the worst. Some changes I've noticed.
1) My self confidence is coming back. I'm making more eye contact and speaking clearer.
2) Normal sleep is returning. I'm sleeping 6-7 hrs a day.
3) I'm not waking up hating the world and myself.
4) My job performance is improving.
5) I look better.
6) My physical strength is coming back. I've averaged about a 35% increase in raw strength in my weight training. My cardio conditioning is shooting up.
8) Blood pressure is down.
9) normal bodily functions....it's solid not to be too graphic

I've also noticed that after detox it really hasn't been hard so far to stay sober. I do know the temptation will come though. I stay busy and focus on the positive in preperation for that time.

Fantastic on a month .

Try not to make broad negative statements like" I do know the temptation will come though " Take it one day at a time and do as you have been doing .

Great work
