That's brilliant SixString, good for you! I'm at 19 days and starting to feel stronger. AV is a pain in the a**e but writing is really helping me. A running dialogue - what my AV says and my answers to it! Sounds a bit mad but it helps. Stick with it, we'll get there 😊
