Hey family, new here. Sober 27 years, relapsed on pills after 2 shoulder surgeries , now back with 4 years.
Just got diagnosed with shingles and in horrible pain! Can't get to a meeting so here I am😄

Welcome, and I'm sorry about the Shingles. I do understand the pain is nasty. Have you been vaccinated? If so, the episode will probably be less severe and clean up quicker.
