One week sober today

Just wanted to share that I have made it a week. Thanks for the support, and I'm grateful to my higher power to have made it to this point.

Awesome!! Excellent work!! Welcome and I hope you find support and understanding here on SR. It has made a huge difference for me.

Are you all set with a plan to make it through your weekend sober? Do you anticipate any problems?

I just left a meeting, plan on going to a midday meeting tomorrow and will find a meeting to go to Sunday. I'm having a sober time with a friend tomorrow and plan to go to church Sunday as well. I'm stocked with cigarettes (boo hiss, I know, but it's a helpful crutch at the mo), tea, coffee, and food so I'm set on the home front. Got numbers of ladies from the meeting today and have numbers for phone bridge meetings too. Thank you for asking.

That is awesome! And I LOVE how you are planning your time. I did that in the beginning- strictly limiting what I did and with whom- and built a sober recovered life very carefully. Do everything you need to do!!

Keep posting!
