Trying again

It will be 96 hours tonight around 10 that I have stopped drinking red wine. I was up to 1.5 litres/Day.... years and years.

I am taking Apo-Naltrexone which seems to help but I am very tired.

I hope I feel better soon

Welcome. Hope Sober Recovery can prove beneficial to you.

Early recovery can be rough. Expect it. Focus on getting through the worst. It doesn't last.
