Welcome to SR Nazm, I'm glad y found us!! Three years is a fantastic amount of time, what worked for you in recovery? Adding SR is a great additional support, have you added anything else?

You should check in on the 24 hour thread. You will find an incredibly supportive group of people, and it is a great place to check in daily and make the commitment not to drink for the next 24 hours!

I am sorry you relapsed but your here posting and seeking support which is great . Don't beat yourself up but search for the reason/s you went back out .
