^^Yes! Just that. I had to address a mild depression early last winter and am super glad I have such an awesome psych!
And, awww thanks, OOTT! I am also grateful for our class and teamwork.
To that end, taplow- it's more than ok to get out thoughts and process them with us - my Feb class saw me go through and share a LOT, from issues with family, to early days dating my high school sweetheart (we are now 41!!) who is now my fiance- I distinctly remember at one point someone, maybe OOTT!, telling me "Breathe, August!"
We all go through our own process into sobriety. Having a community here, and IRL, has made a critical difference for me.
