What's your plan? Who do you have for support? What triggers your drinking? What hasn't worked in the past? Are you a group person or individual? You need to put a lot of thought into it.

I have my family i have been very open about my drinking problem may be what makes makes me start again is the it has become so easy to stop but not any more if i make sence
