Hello everyone... Im here to tell u all that it is my 12 day sober.. I love it.. I feel great... I cant deny that sometimes I crave bad, but I remember myself the benefits of beeng sober.. To all the new people.. remember, it gets hard at times but at time goes by everithing starts to get better and better... I hope everyone is doing as goos as I am... If everyone needs to talk.. please don dought to write me.. Love u all... stay safe..

Congratulations, Angelita. I'm only on day 5, but I'm seeing a hell of a difference everyday. I can almost sleep well, the anxiety is going away, the feelings of despair are more easily ignored, and I've got my appetite back.
