What's your plan for future alcohol use?

Anna 10-31-2017 11:02 AM

Maybe there is something you can add to your recovery plan to make this work?

Welcome back Celandra. How can we help?

I regret the past year and a half of lapsing but other then being abstinent during that 6 months before I've realized I wasn't really sober. It's been a vicious circle trying to improve my mental health enough to get sober and staying sober long enough for my health to improve further.

This might be a good start Celandra?

maybe its time to do more than just not drink? from personal experience, dry drunks suck.
maybe time to treat the untreated alcoholism? time to start recovery/

recovery-the action or process of regaining possession or control of something stolen or lost.
