Son has been in and out of recovery and active alcoholism this year. Hubby and I have attended meetings for families. Need to be a part of a group for Moms and Dads and Grandparents of adult married children. Have read lots of books, benefited from meetings, but long for a more narrow support group for families - parents of adults that are married. Help.

Welcome to SR. There is a forum here on SR as bb mentioned. I believe that we have several members who have older children with substance issues.

Do you have a local AA chapter that you can call to ask about specific meetings in your area for that type of group & if not how you might start a group specifically for people who share your situation?
