This 90 in 90 is good for me because I can take it as a challenge and just forget everything else. I can rationalize anything just as long as i can drink so the less i think the better my brain is of no use to me.
I feel so bad about myself that the idea to just drink to not feel anything is very tempting. dreading to go to work again today :headband
well i have already planned my meeting for today and i know where it will be so i will update tonight once its done. have a good day everyone

Yay! I did 90 in 90...well more like 120 in 90. It was a good thing for me, it kept me around people in recovery and kept my mind busy.
I spent a lot of time here, too. I had a lot of time on my hands and needed to fill it with solutions to my problems. The Anxiety and Spirituality forums are gems, if you haven't been there.

Hi Dee,
Meeting two today check
I was running late and had to grab a meeting near my job which i didn't like it but it was so convenient. I waited across the street completely paranoid someone was going to see me. it seems i am more embarrassed to be seems trying to help myself than to be a drunk.
my office started drinking early as usual i was alone at my desk i feel excluded not part of anything i feel weak like something is wrong with me. for a moment i thought to have a glass so i could show everybody I'm normal and i don't have a problem. Im glad i didn't.
I can accept the truth about my situation but i feel so ashamed of people knowing and the joke is on me they already know or suspect or whatever.
thank you for asking Dee, the meeting was good they talked about people quitting when they are ready. I need to be done this time.

I know Sao it has to be something crazy on my brain or in my thinking i can't even watch tv where people are drinking i feel pain i miss it, can you believe this?
