90 days today
I would like to thank all on SR for your support since my last drink on 1st Aug 2017 , 90 days ago . My 90 day journey really hasn't been too bad .
I can say with all honesty I have never craved a drink after the first 2 or 3 days of physical withdrawal . I have had ups and downs with anxiety/mood symptoms and mild depression but generally have had more good days than bad . 8 days ago my daughter gave birth to a baby girl which was a wonderful joyous experience for us all and to be sober made it all the better .

I spent a good chunk of today relocating my internet wifi system ,changing some furniture ,fixtures and fittings ( my wife wanted red in the living room for the festive season ,not my fave scheme but this is her choice I was sternly told lol the garden is mine ) I am happy if she is happy , I need sun glases in the living room now though .
