Thank you everyone!
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who takes the time to post advice and experiences. And questions too!
This site has been a God send and I really think it has been a major role in my recovery😁
I wish I was able to post more but I do visit the forums through out the day.

Kate- SR is the sand in my concrete sober foundation...(crap metaphor, but it is 0240 in the morning). I find it very useful- especially in the alone hours and night..which this post proves. Well done you.
