Back on the happy(ish) sober train.
Was having a hard time with sobriety and depression/anxiety.
One of the worst things i did was quit going to AA because of my social anxiety.
Of course the worst happened...on Friday i consumed a couple of mixed drinks and a bottle of wine.
Spend yesterday being scared and sad.
Today, i am on an online AA meeting and reading the SR forums.
I really want to remain sober and I'm having such a hard time with it right now.
I am going to do my best to stay positive and stay sober.

Anarock, I'm glad you're back and working on your recovery. You might find that your depression/anxiety lessens when you stop drinking. And, if it doesn't, you might consider talking to your dr.

I do have medication for anxiety, but of course i still go through phases where i struggle.
I will be back to AA soon. I really did like it and it's so different than the online meetings. You can really feel the support right when you step into the meetings.
