Day 39 EXHAUSTED
I again slept like crap last night. I hope I can sleep on the plane..i'm usually not very good at it though. Oh well it's a non-stop flight so I'll be fine. I hope you all have a great weekend!!!!!!!!

I traveled this week for work. Being out of your safe place and safe groove can certainly be a challenge. Check in often, do HALTS and remember one is to many, because the first one leads back to day 1. I hate day 1. Stay strong.
