hi all!

I am currently on day 63 and I feel amazing. I still have high blood pressure for which I take Lisinopril and I monitor it daily with a BP monitor. Also, for a long time I know I had PTSD but was in denial, deep in denial about it. However, the Veteran's Affairs outpatient clinic has been amazing. Some systems do actually work, you just have to trust them! Thanks for the support and I will continue to use this community!
