So I've been reading and collecting up the courage to post. It's not that I got brave and finally decided to post...it's that I'm having the most emotionally painful panic attacks and it feels like my crushed dreams are climbing up my throat and a piece of my soul gets stuck there (hence, the user name). Anyways, my amazing boyfriend suggested this site and so here I am. Newly sober and hoping you guys can help me fill the gaps in my support group and maybe I can help you too.
