4 months

4 months sober today!

I barely count the days now, I just let time pass by.

It's been a rough ride lol but I'm here and I'm doing it

What helps me is to just be in the moment and on the rare occasion that I crave alcohol I ride it out, or come and post here!

Good job! It only gets better from this point. I started to come out of the fog at about 4 months.
