You can do this. Join us on the 24 hour thread, it will allow you to commit to one day at a time, and like several above have said it is okay to be taking it one hour, or even one minute right now.
It will get easier as time goes on. Have you considered inpatient to help you get a solid base, and to help you with a recovery plan for after you complete the program?
