I've just got back from going out to lunch with a friend. She had a large glass of wine but I stuck to coffee. I thought it would be weird and awkward but it went well! This sort of thing is a really big deal for me as I've always used alcohol to boost my confidence in social situations. I have to say, I feel quite proud of myself!

Brunches/lunches with the girls used to be a very boozy affair so are definitely a danger zone for me. Glad you made it through your lunch okay Fourfiftyeight 👍
