I'm overwhelmed with all the concern and care from all of you.thank you all i dint drink yesterday but I popped in a pill at night to sleep.is that wrong?sleepless nights are a nightmare for me.iv a house party coming up at my place tomorrow.n I think I'm secretly happy that alcohol will be there.iv taken leave from my job for a copuple of days as I think I won't be able to handle wrk n abstinence from alcohol.i salute all refraining from the demon.but then I catch myself saying....hey I'll quit drinking but then once a month is ok.

Over the counter.however I'm gonna go see a doctor today.
