Yes mummyto2 focus on getting your head on the pillow sober each night. The days will add up and the cravings will ease I can promise you that. I drank after 99 days and was heartbroken and all my confidence went away just like that. Back on 76 days by doing just as you are now. One day at a time. A daily commitment which really does add up to a proper life. Take care xxx

It's hard not to worry about health issues, especially when there is pain. I hope you get some answers tomorrow.

Hi MT2 I have been on here looking for you, for a while to see if you came back, and I really hoped you would! Glad you are here and it wasn't too long, and I hope all will be well with the results. Really made my day to see you here!

Remember that it's okay to ask for
help and that you never have to go
thru learning how to remain sober
one day at a time.

If it's not in the house we wont drink
it. Replace drinking alcohol/poison with
a recovery program.

Learn about addiction and it's affects
on your own mind, body and soul even
if it means going to rehab or a councilor,
doctor, folks qualified to teach you about
it.

Addiction is nothing to be ashamed of
and is very serious and nothing to take
lightly.

Ask for help.

Folks here in SR pass on many helpful
suggestions that is free for the taking
to guide you to where you need to go
and what steps to take to get healthy
in all areas of your life.

We are just one of many lifelines
available to you to grab a hold of
and help you remain sober.

Take it and don't let go. Ever.
