Guided meditation

Hi,
Just joined and am wondering if anyone knows of any guided meditations to listen to online to assist with the horrible self-talk about all of the stupid things I’ve done while binging?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions😔

Kati, if you have an iPhone, try the ‘Simply Being’ meditation app. It’s free and should get you started!

Welcome, Kati54! I've been learning about Chakra meditation which is supposed to help balance and unblock energy for the mind, body and spirit. I'm still new at it but so far I'm enjoying it. I found some info through Google, it's also on Pinterest & there are guided meditations on Youtube as well.

12 step meditation is a good app. It has meditations along with AA speakers. Hope you have been keeping sober!

I love MindfulPeace meditations on Youtube. Also, Dr Judith Orloff does a really good meditation on releasing fear.
