Thanks for the welcome back.
I am just done with it. This past few weeks was the last gasp.
I am going to read all I can about this starting with Rational Recovery. I read that once years ago.
Other than that I am treating this as a marathon. I know my situation and relationship with booze after so many relapses. I am fine for a few weeks sobriety is no problem life is good then the addict voice slowly takes the wheel.
And the truth is I let it happen on purpose. I let it convince me I miss the feel, the taste, the environments, the people. But I dont really.
I miss a fake distorted version of what those were many years ago. Not now.
