I'm not sure that would help ;-) Have you spoken with anyone locally that might be able to help you? There's a lot of resources out there.

Feel like I am running away from everyone at the moment.
Whats to be done? thats what I need to work out.
I need to be focused for good reasons at this point in time but keep losing sight of that and therefore not contributing to the issues.
I am not black out drunk every night any more but still drinking and obsessing about drinking way too much every day.
Its still an every day hobby, haha.
Some people like to collect stamps, I collect shame, regret, remorse and everything that goes with.
