36 days
I'm into my second month now and feeling better than I have in a long time.
I wish I'd done this sooner.
I have more time (and more energy) to do the things I enjoy at weekends, and have lost a few lbs too.
I've started meditation, and also rewarded myself with some nice Egyptian cotton bedding with the money I saved from not buying wine- I now sleep like a baby.
I know I'm still a newbie, but to anyone struggling with the first few days- keep at it, it really does get better.
