Recovering alcoholic
I have been clean now since February all of a sudden I have been feeling really dizzy when I get up is this normal

You should see a doctor for medical issues.

Yeah, probably not sobriety related.
Lack of food? Dehydrated? Did you switch to low carb or change your diet in some big way?
Definitely see a doctor.

Was on milkshake but they took me of them now feel like crap again

congrats on 7 months sober! I would suggest a dr visit is in order. Use it as a chance to get a full blood work panel done.
