Riding the waves

Things r really going well it’s 7 days sober n work is going well n so many blessings poured into my day that I feel great but that feeling off oh no something bad will happen soon as it always does is playing on my heart and I just wanted to know if any one has felt that and what they say to themselves too help

congrats on your week Mielz :)

whenever I felt impending doom I would always console myself with the reassuring presence of SR :)

Even just helping another newcomer made me feel a little better.

Thanks Dee... on both points.
Going to bed early again to eliminate the additional challenging hours of perhaps drinking. It's my current strategy of not giving consent.
