Day 23

Hello All. I hope that everyone is doing well. I first posted here on day 17. Now on day 23. The AD that I am taking has messed with my sleep quality the past 3 nights , but hopefully tonight will be better. Not really craving a drink. Just sleep and for this anxiety to lessen. Hope everyone has a great night/day.
