Today's the day again...
 

My tolerance of my drinking has once again tipped me over to stopping. I have never sort support so for me today, for me now this is a big step. I have been through three months sober (last year) and two weeks recently and want and need to stop, to find the happiness that being sober brings me.

You have the strength too beat this, step one is admitting you know u are powerless too it. I know when I finally admitted to myself I had a problem that I really started to heal and let myself heal. Welcome
