Hey All-- a new 5 days and I feel Great!

I haven't been on for a while, because I had a terrible relapse. Been feeling guilty and hypocritical. No excuses. Chucked the plan out the window. Sunday was awful.

Started new on Monday and today I feel great. Sleeping well, and my anxiety is in check. This weekend is a big test, but I have lots of stuff planned to keep me out of any bars. I do not keep alcohol at the house.

In any event, got up at 5:30 am. Had a cup of joe, hit the gym at 7 am, and am at Starbucks working. Sunny day in Houston. Life is alright. I am so happy to be sober and feeling normal.

Have a great weekend y'all.

At 5 days some will be on what is called the "pink cloud. "

Only later on to wonder -- what hit me?

Time to be careful and serious.

Don't trust too much the one in the mirror.

5 days here, as well. Let's push through this weekend together, I'm also nervous as to what it brings, but I know Monday can(and will) be 7, and I haven't had a week sober in probably 10 years!
